Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an Applications Technician to showcase cutting-edge equipment and support the sales process. You will conduct demonstrations, provide technical support to customers and the sales team, and maintain our demonstration suite.

The role offers an office-based environment in Letchworth Garden City with commutable options from Stevenage and surrounding towns. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting equipment demonstrations.
• Providing technical support to customers and the sales team.
• Maintaining and updating the demonstration suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and deliver machine and software demonstrations for customers (in person and online).
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to demonstrate equipment to new and existing customers to drive sales.
• Support customers with technical queries and advise on product applications.
• Keep the demonstration suite clean, stocked and fully operational.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events, setting up demonstrations.
