Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an Applications Technician to demonstrate cutting-edge equipment and support the sales process from an office in Letchworth Garden City. The role emphasizes technical demonstrations, customer support, and ongoing training.

You will work with Sales and Customer Relationship teams to drive upgrades, maintain the demo suite, and ensure high standards of presentation and product knowledge. A competitive salary and extensive training are provided.

• Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and deliver machine and software demonstrations to highlight features.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to showcase equipment to new and existing customers.
• Support customers and sales team with technical knowledge and product applications.
• Maintain and manage the demonstration suite and materials.
• Provide post-demo documentation and follow-up actions.
• Keep software suites updated and equipment in good working order.
• Deliver technical advice and training to enhance the sales process.
