Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to join the Housing Team. You will manage your own caseload, tackle hate crime and nuisance, and work with police and legal advisors to improve community safety. The role combines home-based tasks with office and customer visits.

The position is full-time, hybrid, with a DBS check and a company benefits package. Driving licence and reliable car are required to visit customers across Oxfordshire and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience of anti-social behaviour related housing management or transferable customer-facing skills.
• Experience dealing with challenging behaviour and resolving conflict.
• Strong communication skills with customers in demanding environments.
• Self-motivated and highly organised.
• Good IT skills including MS Office.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues, contractors and partner agencies.
