Niyaa People Ltd. is recruiting for an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join a well-established housing provider. You’ll manage your own caseload of ASB, nuisance and hate crime cases, coordinating with customers and partner agencies to achieve safe, positive outcomes.

The role is hybrid, combining home working with office presence and community visits across Devon. You will manage your diary, plan investigations and meetings, and develop in a supportive environment with full training

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour, challenging situations, investigations or conflict resolution.
• Background in housing, policing, community safety, enforcement or another transferable customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and partner agencies.
• Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and work independently.
• Good IT skills and attention to detail when maintaining case records.
• A willingness to learn and develop, with training provided.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Flexibility to travel across Devon for customer visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing provider for an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in housing, policing, community safety, enforcement, or another customer-focused role involving anti-social behaviour, investigations or conflict resolution.

If you're personable, organised and keen to develop, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role:

You'll manage your own caseload of anti-social behaviour, nuisance and hate crime cases, working with customers and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes and create safer communities.
