SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is seeking a Housing Officer to join the Basingstoke Team. Based at Greenham, the role blends home, office, and field work within the Basingstoke area.

You will manage tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood services while building partnerships with local authorities and agencies to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tenancy, lease, or neighbourhood management services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative approach, working across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of landlord services and applying this in practice.
• Customer-first mindset with a track record of positive outcomes.
• Confidence using digital tools to support service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management services across locality.

Your office base will be Greenham, however will mainly work from and around the Basingstoke office.You'll manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and out with our customers, colleagues and partner agencies.The Role:As a Housing Officer, you'll be the visible and proactive within your community.
