Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join the Housing Team covering Oxfordshire. You will manage a caseload of ASB, nuisance, and hate crime cases, liaising with residents, colleagues, the Police, and partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes and create safer communities.

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role. The role requires experience in housing or ASB, strong case management and conflict resolution skills, excellent communication, and IT

• Strong conflict resolution and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Our client is looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their Housing Team covering Oxfordshire.

You will manage a caseload of anti-social behaviour, nuisance, and hate crime cases, working closely with residents, colleagues, the Police, and other partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes and create safer communities.

Key Requirements

• Experience in housing, ASB, tenancy management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong conflict resolution and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role, combining home working, office attendance, and customer visits.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential
