Description

As a Transactions Analyst, you will support the execution of large‑scale energy‑related asset finance transactions, typically valued between 100m and 500m.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with financial modelling, credit analysis, and due diligence
  • Preparing term sheets, pitch decks, and transaction documentation
  • Coordinating internal approvals and post‑close monitoring
  • Conducting market research and asset valuations
  • Liaising with legal, risk, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate asset performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and developments within the energy sector.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 2- 5 years' experience in structured finance, corporate banking, credit, or asset finance
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Understanding of lease structures and credit analysis is advantageous
