A prominent financial institution in London seeks a Data Governance Specialist to support their Wealth Management Europe’s Data Governance & Quality strategy. The candidate will manage metadata and lineage in Collibra, implement data quality controls, and analyze data sets to define quality measures. Ideal applicants should have experience in financial services, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in advanced SQL and data visualization tools. The role supports hybrid work options, reflecting a commitment to flexibility.
This role supports the successful delivery of Wealth Management Europe’s ("WME") Data Governance & Quality capabilities and strategy, in accordance with local and enterprise data governance policies and procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining metadata and lineage in Collibra, supporting the implementation and testing of data quality controls including the administration of data quality dashboards. RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
