Pure Staff Ltd are recruiting for an Aluminium Fabricator for one of the UK's largest signage manufacturers. Our client supplies many top brands in retail, manufacturing and entertainment. This is an opportunity to join a well‑established, supportive, highly skilled fabrication team as an Aluminium Fabricator.

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Redditch
Salary: £16.00 per hour

Your Role as an Aluminium Fabricator

• Aluminium fabricating of signage products
• Working with hand tools
• Carrying out detailed quality checks
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Requirements

• MIG welding experience (essential)
• Ability to read and follow drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Pay & Shifts

• £16.00 per hour
• Rotating shifts – Monday to Friday

WEEK 1

• Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 14:00

WEEK 2

• Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
• Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
