Overview
As an Airside Operations Co-ordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will ensure the RAF can deliver a safe and reliable service in the operational requirements of the Armed Forces.
Responsibilities
- Movement of freight/baggage on/off aircraft/loading platforms
- Assist Royal Air Force Personnel in VIP escorting duties
- Assisting RAF Movements staff in any other trade specific task as required.
- This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week and is based onsite at RAF Northolt, Ruislip.
- Stakeholder engagement experience on a face-to-face level
- Customer service commitment
- Strong communications and an understanding of diplomacy
- Health and safety knowledge, driving forklifts as part of the role and training on this element can be given so standard driving licence is required which must be clean. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
