Job summary

ABM UK at Stansted Airport is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to ensure efficient ground operations. You will allocate resources, monitor passenger flow, and support the Duty Manager to meet service targets using the Inform tool.

We require strong communication, supervisory experience, and customer service skills. The role is permanent, on-site, with a 40-hour week and 4-on-4-off shifts. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating operations to meet SLA targets.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in aviation or high-volume passenger environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources to arrival and departing flight tasks to meet SLA targets.
• Monitor and capture the passenger journey information.
• Assist Duty Manager with staffing levels.
• Inform timely delays and mitigation plans.
• Collate requests, update Inform, plan and allocate tasks to staff.
• Respond to customer and employee enquiries professionally.
• Liaise with airline staff and handling agents.
• Provide detailed reports on incidents and accidents.
