Job summary

ABM is recruiting an Operations Co-ordinator at Stansted Airport. The role focuses on allocating resources for arrival and departure tasks, monitoring passenger journeys, and supporting the Duty Manager to maintain SLA targets.

You will liaise with airline staff, handle staff briefings, and produce operational reports. The position requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and solid IT skills, with a 40-hour week and 4 on/4 off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources to arrival and departing flight tasks to meet SLAs.
• Monitor and record each passenger’s journey.
• Assist the Duty Manager with staffing levels.
• Inform on delays or problems and aid mitigation.
• Collate requests, update Inform, and allocate tasks to staff.
• Meet customer requests and respond to enquiries.
• Liaise with airline staff and handling agents.
• Provide detailed incident reports.
• Brief staff on operational matters.
• Identify challenges and propose responses.
• Ensure fair allocation and timely work by staff.
