Job summary

ABM is seeking a Staff Support Manager at London Heathrow Airport to deliver daily resource plans across terminals, ensuring right staff are deployed to match flight volumes and passenger numbers. You will lead the Staff Support Agents and Payroll Coordinators, with emphasis on absence management, attendance tracking and roster accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven people management experience in high-pressure environments.
• Industry experience in aviation or large transport hubs.
• Strong IT proficiency, especially Excel and rostering systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Maintains professional standards and punctuality.
• Right to work in the UK, DBS clear background.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational floor plans across Heathrow terminals and coordinate with allocation teams.
• Monitor live operations and adjust resources to match flight volumes and passenger numbers.
• Ensure SLAs are met and staff represent the brand professionally.
• Oversee absence management, attendance tracking, and roster updates.
• Manage on-day time and attendance system updates (Find My Shift).
• Coordinate new starter actions and briefings for terminal procedures and shift systems.
