Job summary

ABM at Stansted Airport is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to manage resources for arrival and departure tasks, ensuring SLA compliance using the Inform tool. The role is permanent with 4 on 4 off shifts and 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and proficient IT/operational capabilities to monitor passenger journeys and coordinate staff with the Duty Manager.

Qualifications

• 5-year history of employment/education with no gaps over 28 days
• Valid identity proving right to work in the UK (passport or driving licence)
• Willingness to undergo CRC and Airside Security Clearance
• Ability to liaise with airline staff and handling agents; strong IT skills

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources to arrival and departing flight tasks to meet SLA using Inform
• Monitor and record each passenger journey data
• Assist Duty Manager with staffing levels
• Notify and mitigate delays or problems promptly
• Update Inform and allocate tasks based on requests
• Brief staff on operational matters
