Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group, Edinburgh Airport, seeks a Customer Service Returns Assistant to join the vehicle returns team. You will be at the heart of the rental journey, delivering world-class service as customers begin and conclude their Europcar experience.

The role requires a full clean driving licence, strong communication and a calm, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided; shifts include days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Valid driving licence with at least 4 years driving experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Work with staff to ensure customers receive and return vehicles promptly.
Maintain high standards of customer service and damage control; meet KPIs.
Complete administrations accurately according to procedures.
Process workshop vehicles according to procedures.

Skills

Full, valid clean driving licence

Car rental/sales experience desirable
