Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Customer Service Returns Assistant for our Luton Airport location. You will join the vehicle returns team and provide world-class customer service throughout the rental process, including in our car parks.

Qualifications

• A full, valid clean driving licence with at least 4 years driving experience.
• Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends; shifts vary.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles promptly.
• Maintain excellence in customer service and damage standards; achieve KPIs in these areas.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
• Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
