Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence with at least 4 years driving experience.
• Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including day, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles promptly.
• Maintain excellent customer service and standards; achieve KPIs.
• Complete all administration accurately per procedures.
• Process workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
