Job Title - Aircraft Engineering Coach/Assessor

Salary - Up to 40,000 per annum

Location - GU14

Contract Type - Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Aircraft Engineering Coach/Assessor to join our dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of Aircraft Engineers. The further education provider we are recruiting for is passionate about unlocking the potential of every learner and empowering them to achieve their best.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality training and assessment in Aircraft Engineering.
• Support effective learning to promote high levels of student achievement and retention.
• Assess learners both in college and in the workplace alongside their employers.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement within the department.
• Inspire and motivate learners to achieve their goals and develop their technical expertise.

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Aeronautical/Aviation Engineering.
• Proven industry experience within Aircraft Engineering.

Desirable Requirements

• A1 or V1 Assessor Award (or equivalent). If you don't currently hold this qualification, full training and funding will be provided.
