Salary: Up to £35,000

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Our friendly logistics client are seeking an Air Import Coordinator to join their busy air freight team in Manchester. This role focuses on managing air import shipments and customs processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling air import shipments end‑to‑end
  • Producing quotations and shipment documentation
  • Completing customs declarations
  • Tracking shipments and managing pre‑alerts
  • Processing supplier and customer invoices
  • Accurately recording costs and documentation
  • Managing queries related to shipments and invoicing
  • Ensuring internal SOPs and workflow tasks are completed promptly
About You
  • Experience in freight forwarding or air operations
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
