Service Engineer - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

We are looking for skilled air-conditioning and refrigeration service engineers to support the continued growth of our technical team. This position is ideal for someone with several years of practical experience who is confident working with a broad range of cooling, ventilation, and air-handling systems. Experience with refrigeration or chiller equipment will be an advantage.

You’ll be responsible for maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, so a practical approach and strong customer focus are essential. An out-of-hours rota is part of the role, with additional payment provided for this cover.

Requirements

• Valid F-Gas certification
• Additional refrigerant or gas qualifications welcomed
• GCSE-level education or equivalent
• Ability to use technical manuals, digital resources, and service management apps
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Full UK driving licence
• Own set of hand tools
• Able to hold or obtain DBS clearance
