Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer (ideally multi‑skilled with electrical)

Salary: £46k + van/fuel card + overtime, private healthcare

Location: Central Belt (London area)

Responsibilities

• Work on a mobile basis, carrying out service and preventive planned maintenance on a wide range of air‑conditioning / HVAC appliances for commercial properties such as university sites, retail, offices, etc.
• Perform annual servicing/PPMs and troubleshooting/reactive maintenance on systems such as VRV’s, VRF’s, splits, AHU’s, FCU’s.
• Support a team of engineers across the UK, covering the London area.
• Provide overtime when available and allow personal use of the van.
• Assist with remedial work as part of a new five‑year contract for a wide range of appliances.
