Job summary

Relay is rebuilding how goods move in the online era from its Shoreditch office, blending AI-native workflows with a data-driven RevOps approach. This hybrid role leads the new-business and field-motion systems, owning TAM, account scoring, outreach, CRM architecture, and governance to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

You will own the CRM and deal desk, optimize pipelines, scalesour Pitstop network, and push for self-serve configurations.

Qualifications

• Proven RevOps experience in a fast-moving environment.
• CRM ownership beyond admin duties.
• Fluent with building AI-enabled tooling and automations.
• Ability to scope, ship and iterate end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Define TAM, account scoring and weekly prioritisation for new-business engine.
• Architect Pipedrive around the selling rhythm and govern deal stages.
• Scale the Pitstop engine with scoring, territories and dashboards.
• Drive tooling strategy: build-vs-buy, automate manual tasks, and enable SME/self-serve.
• Diagnose funnel issues using data to fix leaks and improve throughput.
