Job summary

Relay is reshaping how goods move in an online era. We are building an AI-native RevOps platform to optimize new‑business and field sales motions, with a focus on TAM, lead scoring, CRM governance, and seamless automation.

Qualifications

• Proven RevOps experience in a fast-moving sales environment.
• CRM ownership and governance experience (Pipedrive or similar).
• NativeAI tooling mindset and ability to ship live automations.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the RevOps stack for new-business engine and field engine, including TAM, account scoring, sequencing, and CRM architecture.
• Scale the Pitstop engine with scoring, territories, dashboards, pricing levers and data hygiene.
• Automate tooling and build-vs-buy decisions to reduce manual work and enable SME/self-serve configurations.
• Diagnose funnel issues using data, fix pipeline leaks, and improve conversion at each stage.
