Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You’ll help translate client needs into clear requirements and collaborate with engineering and product to deliver AI-powered insurance solutions.

Qualifications

Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance sector.
Experience running client-facing workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification in client delivery.
Lead client discovery workshops and identify value opportunities.
Translate business needs into requirements and user stories for teams.
Identify data inputs and integration touchpoints early in design.
Manage analytical reporting of product performance with Thoughtspot.
Design AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies.
Improve BA practices with AI and automate repetitive tasks.
Oversee test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
Collaborate with agile teams to manage priorities and risks.
Monitor live solutions and drive performance improvements.
