Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You will collaborate across AI-powered insurance platforms, translating client needs into actionable requirements and leading workshops with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance (underwriting, claims, policy administration or distribution).
• Experience running client-facing workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify opportunities to add value.
• Translate client needs into clear requirements, user stories and process designs.
• Identify data inputs, system touchpoints and exception scenarios early in design.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using tools like ThoughtSpot.
• Design and optimise AI-driven workflows and reporting.
• Improve BA efficiency with AI-automated analysis and documentation.
• Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, UAT, and end-to-end validation.
