Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own our AI enablement strategy end-to-end. You will build foundational platforms, tooling, and frameworks that empower product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely, rapidly, and at scale.

You will democratize AI, establish LLMOps/MLOps practices, and drive production-grade AI features across the Actian Data Intelligence Platform, including governance, cost control, and cross-functional upskilling.

Qualifications

• Strong background as Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLMOps Engineer, or Software Architect.
• Deep expertise in Python or Go, semantic search, vector databases, and LLMs.
• Experience building scalable, enterprise SaaS AI features.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers and reusable frameworks.
• Embed production-ready AI features into core platforms.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation, and monitoring for AI models.
• Optimize cloud spend and latency for production AI features.
• Lead upskilling and documentation for non-AI engineers.
• Drive PoCs to production with scalable code.
