Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own the AI enablement strategy across our data intelligence platform. You will build foundational tooling, create agentic workflows, and deploy LLM-heavy features that empower product and engineering teams to move AI safely and rapidly at scale.

You will lead the design of AI orchestration layers, governance infrastructure, and cost/latency optimization while upskilling teams to own AI-driven capabilities in production.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML engineer or architect with enterprise SaaS or data platform experience.
• Proven ability to deploy AI features end-to-end in production environments.
• Strong English communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers and reusable frameworks.
• Embed production-ready AI features into the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for AI tools.
• Monitor cost, latency, and model performance in production.
• Lead upskilling and workshops for non-AI teams.
• Drive PoCs to production with scalable code and tooling.
• Define the official AI stack and tooling standards.
• Evaluate partnerships with AI model providers and open-source models.
• Track metrics like adoption, time-to-market, and ROI.
