Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Talent Manager to own end-to-end hiring across Operations, including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations. You will lead a small Talent Partners team, partner with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, and drive scalable, data-driven hiring while embracing AI tools to raise efficiency.

You will operate in a fast-paced fintech environment, shaping hiring strategies and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience across multiple roles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small Talent Partner team.
• Proven ability to hire Operations roles at scale.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and ability to push back when needed.
• Data-driven approach with routine reporting on process and outcomes.
• Experience adopting AI into hiring workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end high-volume hiring, building repeatable pipelines.
• Partner with leaders to influence decisions using data and insights.
• Navigate a fast-scaling environment and adapt processes accordingly.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline hiring processes.
• Source creatively and build talent pools beyond traditional channels.
• Use historical data to forecast pipeline needs and improve efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and reshape processes to maintain conversion.
