Job summary

VOI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across markets to recruit exceptional talent in operations, policy and commercial functions. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and help drive improvements using AI to hire smarter and reduce busywork.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, source proactively, and deliver a stellar candidate experience while building diverse pipelines and contributing to OKRs with People & Culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience for specialist roles spanning operations, public affairs, commercial or similar.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in search and sourcing techniques; find talent beyond obvious places.
• Genuine curiosity for AI and its use in hiring.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and projects while staying humorous.
• Experience networking with talent communities and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Source directly and build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a stellar experience.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to strengthen hiring practices andOKRs.
