Checkout.com in London is seeking an exceptionally organized, tech-forward Talent Operations Associate to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will bridge the gap between recruiters and interviewer communities, focusing on cutting-edge Talent Operations and AI-driven improvements.

You will leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling, resolve logistics, and build data-driven dashboards while partnering with senior stakeholders to redefine talent operations for a fast-growing fintech

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume, multi-region talent operations or a similar recruitment support role.
• Proactive problem-solving to resolve scheduling logistics and broader operational challenges.
• AI and automation proficiency to solve operational inefficiencies.
• Data fluency to build and interpret hiring dashboards.
• Strong executive presence for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy with modern ATS platforms to manage pipelines.
• Strong project management and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• TA Ops projects: lead process improvement initiatives to move the business forward.
• AI, automation & workflow optimisation to remove bottlenecks and redesign workflows.
• Ashby / ATS ownership including testing new features and AI integrations.
• Contract configuration and region-specific updates in Ashby.
• Support recruiters regionally with Ashby, automations, and interview planning.
• Stakeholder management and interviewer enablement, training bar raisers and analyzing performance.
• Vendor support with HireRight and Cappfinity to advance partnerships.
• Write SOPs and maintain knowledge base for TA.
• Data requests & reporting with dashboards to improve the function.
• Data quality checks to ensure reliable reporting.
