Job summary

Lendable is a fast-growing fintech in London, hiring across Operations including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations. You’ll own end-to-end hiring, partner with managers, and build scalable pipelines in a high-volume environment while using AI to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, adapt processes as priorities shift, and help shape growth with data-informed decisions and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring Operations roles or managing high‑volume recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to build relationships and push back when needed.
• Data driven, using analytics to improve hiring regularly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audience.
• Experience adopting AI into daily workflows.
• Experience in fast-paced, scale-up organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume hiring end-to-end, building scalable processes.
• Partner with leaders, guide stakeholder conversations with data and empathy.
• Navigate scaling in a fast-paced environment, adapt processes as volume changes.
• Use AI and automation to streamline hiring and raise performance.
• Source creatively, tap into untapped channels and talent pools.
• Use historical data to forecast pipeline needs and plan ahead.
• Spot bottlenecks and reshape processes to maintain high conversion.
