Multiverse is hiring a Senior Talent Partner to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, owning end-to-end recruitment with data-driven strategy. You’ll shape sourcing, assessments, and candidate experiences in an AI-first team.

You’ll partner with Operations and G&A to deliver high-quality hires while building agile relationships and a strong talent pipeline for a scaling business. Apply to join a fast-evolving recruiting function.

Qualifications

• In-house Talent Partner experience supporting multiple hiring managers.
• Experience in scaling, with a high talent bar and fast-changing needs.
• Ability to calibrate hiring processes with data and stakeholders.
• Strong candidate relationships and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Run end-to-end recruiting strategies from attraction to hire, with data-driven pivots.
• Qualify requirements with hiring managers and align on what good looks like.
• Optimize processes using our tech stack to ensure high quality hires.
• Build and maintain talent pools and manage candidate relationships end-to-end.
• Collaborate with People and Talent teams to drive the right outcomes.
