Lendable is seeking a Talent Manager to own end-to-end hiring across Operations, including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations, with a small team of Talent Partners.

You will partner with hiring managers, build fast pipelines in a high-volume, always-on business, and apply AI to streamline processes while maintaining candidate and manager experience.

Qualifications

• Experience line-managing Talent Partners and handling IC responsibilities.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment for Operations roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Data-driven with ability to report on process and outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging.
• Experience adopting AI in hiring and workflows.
• Experience in fast-paced, scale-up environments.

• Navigate a scaling, fast-paced environment and adapt processes.
