Job summary

Lendable in London is seeking a Talent Manager to own end-to-end hiring across the Operations function, including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations, while leading a small team of Talent Partners.

You'll partner with leaders to build strong pipelines in a high-volume, fast-growing fintech environment, using data, AI, and automation to raise the bar on our hiring processes and deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Line management experience with Talent Partners.
• Experience hiring Operations roles or high-volume recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to report on process and outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience adopting AI in daily workflows.
• Familiarity with scale-up, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume hiring end-to-end, building repeatable processes.
• Partner with leaders to guide stakeholder conversations with data and insight.
• Navigate scaling environments and adapt processes as volume grows.
• Use AI and automation to streamline hiring and raise performance.
• Source creatively and access untapped channels and talent pools.
• Utilise historical data to forecast pipeline needs and reduce bottlenecks.
