Mistral AI, a frontier AI solutions company, seeks a Recruiting Operations Manager to scale our talent intake as we hire 100+ people per month. You will own recruiting systems, data and processes, partnering with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance and business leaders to keep hiring clean, fast and high quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations with 2+ years in recruiting or HR operations.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Pragmatic and highly organized; can manage multiple complex projects.
• Curious and hands-on; comfortable automating processes.
• High-agency and constructive, can operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize ATS, recruiting stack, workflows and processes; keep system clean and scalable.
• Metrics & performance: build leadership-ready metrics and drive improvements in speed and quality.
• Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: align workforce plans with business priorities.
• Enable recruiters & hiring managers: provide tooling, workflows, interviewing principles and calibration.
• Candidate experience & recruiting standards: ensure high-quality experience across the process.
• Innovation & leverage: use AI and talent data to scale and create new sources of leverage.
