Job summary

GlobalData Plc is seeking a Commercial Enablement Specialist to design and deliver the onboarding and coaching programme for the sales organization. The role focuses on translating sales methodologies, product knowledge and onboarding curriculum into engaging learning experiences and providing ongoing support to reps and managers to ensure these learnings are applied in practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement and hands-on coaching (1:1 and group).
• Experience ramping and coaching new hires through onboarding at scale.
• Familiar with Value Selling, MEDDPICC and BANT/SPIN frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver GlobalData's onboarding and coaching programme end-to-end.
• Translate sales methodologies and product knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
• Provide post-learning support to reps and managers to apply learning in practice.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Office, sales leadership, HR and SMEs to scale programmes.
