GlobalData UK Ltd is seeking a Commercial Enablement Coordinator to join our team. You will own the day-to-day admin, scheduling and content administration that keeps our onboarding and enablement programmes running smoothly.

This entry-level role offers a clear growth path into Enablement Specialist or Sales Operations. The ideal candidate is highly organised, comfortable with data and systems, and eager to build a foundation in how a commercial team operates.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience managing meetings, invites and recordings via Microsoft Teams.
• Comfortable with reporting and data tools (Excel, LMS dashboards).
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Interest in LMS administration with full training provided.
• Proactive attitude and ability to spot gaps without being asked.
• Genuine interest in sales, coaching or people development with growth potential.
• Degree educated or equivalent experience; internship or placement in a client-facing/operational environment is a plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administrative backbone of onboarding and enablement programmes, scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
• Set up recurring programme meetings in Teams, send invites, and manage access to materials.
• Own day-to-day content administration in Highspot and keep content current.
• Build and maintain reporting on e-learning completion, attendance and adoption.
• Support communications to new hires and managers with session invites and updates.
• Track onboarding progress and probation milestones with up-to-date records.
• Flag gaps early to the team and assure timely completion of milestones.
• Provide first-line support for onboarding and enablement queries.
• Support Week 1 bootcamp logistics, materials, room and tech setup.
