Job summary

Redcat Digital in London is seeking a Sales Enablement Training Manager to lead enablement programmes across an international partner network. This role is not traditional L&D; it requires genuine sales enablement expertise and the ability to build programmes that elevate seller performance.

You will standardize onboarding, coaching, training, quality assurance and certification, partnering with senior stakeholders and vendors across regions to drive scalable learning and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or related field with partner enablement experience.
• Ability to design end-to-end enablement programmes and coach facilitators.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enablement programmes across multiple international partner organisations.
• Own enablement playbooks, training standards and governance frameworks.
• Ensure onboarding, sales methodology training, coaching and certification programmes are delivered consistently.
• Build scalable enablement processes that support growth and efficiency.
