Job summary

GlobalData is seeking a Commercial Enablement Coordinator to provide the organisational backbone for onboarding and enablement programmes. This entry‑level role focuses on day‑to‑day admin, scheduling and content administration, delivering clean data and reports to help the Enablement team improve processes.

You’ll collaborate with Onboarding Office, Sales Operations, and HR to ensure programmes run accurately, on schedule, and provide a clear path for growth into Enablement Specialist or Sales

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing meetings, invites and recordings via Teams.
• Experience with reporting and data tools to present activity clearly.
• Clear professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Interest in LMS/content-platform administration with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and enablement programme logistics and calendars.
• Set up Teams meetings, invite participants, manage channels and recordings.
• Manage content in Highspot: upload, tag and organise materials.
• Build and maintain reports on enablement activity and adoption.
• Support communications to new hires and managers with invites and updates.
• Track progress of new-hire capability during onboarding and probation.
• Record milestones and flag gaps early for the team.
• Provide first-line support for onboarding queries.
• Support Week 1 bootcamp logistics and on-the-day setup.
• Maintain clean records across systems for easy data access.
