Job summary

GlobalData PLC is seeking an entry-level Commercial Enablement Coordinator to manage onboarding and enablement administration. You will own day-to-day scheduling, content management in Highspot, and maintain clean data across systems to support the Enablement team.

The role offers a clear growth path into Enablement Specialist or Sales Operations, and requires strong organisation, data handling skills, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail with multiple moving parts and deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Interest in LMS/content-platform administration with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administrative and logistical backbone of onboarding and enablement programmes, scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing calendars and cohort logistics.
• Set up and manage recurring programme meetings and sessions through Microsoft Teams, sending invites, organising channels, and keeping recordings and materials accessible to the team.
• Own day-to-day content administration in Highspot, uploading, tagging and organising learning paths and materials, and keeping the new-joiner group current.
• Build and maintain reporting on enablement activity, e-learning completion, attendance, and platform adoption for the team.
• Support communications to new hires and managers with session invites, reminders, and programme updates.
• Track onboarding and probation progress, keeping records accurate for assessment and sign-off.
