Job summary

Ada Accelerate seeks a Customer Solutions Consultant to support activation, growth, and retention of self-service customers in the UK. You will prioritize and manage a scaled book of business by delivering proactive and reactive customer engagement.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, surfacing AI-driven insights, and designing strategies to drive revenue and retention across SMB/MME accounts with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Success, strategy, management, implementation, or technology consulting experience in a scaled CS model.
• Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders is a plus.
• Technically curious and data-driven, with a proactive learning mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer success and support to Ada’s SMB and MME customers resolving inquiries and ensuring value realization.
• Leverage AI tools and automations to surface actionable insights at scale.
• Design and execute automated and human-touch strategies to drive revenue and retention.
• Collaborate across Professional Services, Customer Solutions, Sales, Revenue Ops, Data Analytics, Product, and Marketing to align resources and share insights.
• Handle escalated inquiries and manage Accelerate ticket queue; facilitate syncs when needed.
• Identify at‑risk customers and implement personalized engagement to improve retention.
• Host ad-hoc meetings for customers with Q&A and live support at scale.
• Drive adoption and utilization of the platform focusing on automated resolutions for existing customers.
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Ada’s products.
