GlobalData PLC in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Customer Success Executive to build strategic, long-term customer partnerships and drive measurable ROI using AI-powered insights. Qualifications

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
Ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Lead customer outcomes with value-led relationships and ROI focus.
Use AI-driven insights to anticipate needs, risks, and growth opportunities.
