Job summary

Build Concierge seeks a Customer Solutions Advisor to guide customers from pre-sales through onboarding and ongoing success. You will translate customer workflows into product solutions, support adoption, and advocate for customer needs across the business.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work with Sales, Product and Development to ensure a smooth journey, deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and help customers realise maximum value from our AI-powered platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Customer-centric approach with empathy and active listening.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience supporting customers through onboarding, training, and success.
• Familiar with REST APIs and data manipulation in CRM contexts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and customers during early stages of the journey.
• Support sales with discovery, demos, and technical Q&A.
• Demonstrate platform functionality and map workflows to product features.
• Gather onboarding requirements and configure customer environments.
• Deliver training and ongoing education to maximise adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide feedback to improve customer value and reduce friction.
