Job summary

Leadout Capital in London seeks a Forward Deployed Consultant to own enterprise engagements from business case to go-live, delivering AI agent-based automations and hands-on builds that map procure-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows.

You will lead discovery, design automation solutions, and coordinate with partners to ensure a smooth handoff. A 5+ year background in solutions or strategy consulting is preferred, with ERP/finance experience.

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions consulting, forward deployed, strategic consulting, product management, process automation, or business analysis roles.
Domain depth in supply chain, ERP, or finance operations processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, AP/AR, supplier onboarding).
You've built AI or agent-based automation yourself, including prompt design, output structuring, and iterating on failures.
Experience evaluated based on alignment to core competencies for the role.

Responsibilities

Advise enterprise executives on business goals and pain points; build the business case and success metrics with a baseline.
Lead discovery workshops and process mapping; convert findings into an automation solution within days to weeks.
Build and iterate AI agent-based automations; design prompts, structure outputs, and manage integration risks.
Own delivery through go-live; manage scope, testing, data migration, cutover, and handoff to partners.
