Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success or related consultancy.
• Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to learn quickly and be data-driven.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer success and support to Ada’s SMB and MME customers through resolving inquiries and advising with AI expertise.
• Leverage internal tools and AI to surface actionable customer insights at scale.
• Design automated and human-touch strategies to drive revenue and retention.
• Collaborate across teams to align resources and achieve shared goals.
• Manage scaled book of business with proactive and reactive engagement.
