Job summary

trg. is partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS startup to modernise how brands source ingredients. This hybrid role combines account management with operational improvement, powered by AI automation. You will own onboarding, negotiations, logistics and reporting for a portfolio of accounts.

You will work directly with suppliers, manage credit terms, and continuously automate workflows while collaborating with product and tech to improve metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing multiple stakeholders and processes concurrently.
• Hands-on with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Comfort negotiating price and credit terms with suppliers.
• Able to operate in ambiguity and bring structure.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for orders, deliveries, payments and platform queries.
• Speak with suppliers to finalise orders, pricing and terms, and manage credit limits.
• Configure and monitor AI agents for routine workflows for accounts.
• Identify automations to improve own workload and build them.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements with product and tech teams.
