Job summary

Initiative, a global Client Operations team member supporting the Amazon account, is seeking an experienced Client Operations Manager. You will apply data, tools, processes, and AI to optimize workstreams across End-to-End Media Operations, Business Operations, and Finance Operations, driving accuracy and timely delivery.

You will own process improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor project managers while ensuring governance across markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of media operations, planning, client management, and/or digital activation.
• Experience with media tools such as MediaTools, MediaOcean/Prisma, and CM360.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvements across End-to-End Media, Business, and Finance Operations.
• Ensure data quality and compliance across planning, buying, and finance processes.
• Oversee coordination and governance across markets to drive standardization.
• Foster ownership, bias for action and proactive problem solving.
