Job summary

Conduct is seeking an ambitious technical leader to make every team dramatically more productive by integrating AI into workflows. You will partner with GTM, product, finance, and ops to identify leverage, build automations, and ship internal tooling while collaborating closely with our engineering team.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, comfortable with code-first approaches, and able to prototype real workflows using modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or technical product role.
• Genuinely technical with hands-on coding or tooling capability.
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Clay, Gumloop or similar).
• Sharp process thinker, able to prioritise ruthlessly and design adoption-friendly solutions.
• High ownership and low ego; willing to build hands-on and present business cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage automation opportunities across GTM, product, finance, and ops.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling.
• Work closely with engineering to understand technical builds and improve developer productivity workflows.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge systems that compound in value over time.
