Job summary

VOI is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Business Operations) to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across markets, driving end-to-end recruitment for operations, policy and commercial roles. You’ll leverage AI tools to hire smarter and reduce busywork, while delivering a stellar candidate experience.

You’ll work with the People & Culture function and contribute to OkRs, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing scaleup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment for specialist roles.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity for AI and new sourcing tools to improve efficiency.
• Able to manage multiple roles and projects with a sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Source directly and build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Manage candidate comms and deliver a stellar experience.
