Job summary
Partnerize seeks a strategic VP of Customer Operations to orchestrate post-sale delivery, onboarding, and integrations for enterprise brands. You will report to the CRO, align execution with executive strategy, and drive AI-powered efficiencies across global teams.
You will build scalable frameworks, enforce SLAs, optimize margins, and partner with Product/Engineering to accelerate platform adoption while maintaining top CSAT and NRR.
Qualifications
- Direct experience leading multi-disciplinary operational teams across onboarding, integrations, and global client support.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Product and Success leaders to support expansion and retention goals.
- Experience applying ITIL/GRC governance practices in SaaS environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive post-sale delivery lifecycle and onboarding/integration strategies for enterprise brands.
- Enforce SLAs, optimize time-to-value, and scale services margins across global teams.
- Lead and mentor globally distributed teams in onboarding, support, and delivery.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to streamline API workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Manage capacity, project delivery, and resource allocation to sustain NRR growth.
